Teams Programming & Coaching

Train alongside the rest of the Fourteen Forty Team via our “Teams” programming and coaching options.

Built to fit the needs of athletes from beginner to advanced; receive programming that includes technique primers, main lifts, strength work, and accessories.

All Teams include weekly video reviews, monthly athlete check-ins, and a communication platform to create community within the Team.

National

Take your training to the next level with a program and coaching system built for athletes training to qualify and compete at USA Weightlifting National Events. This team includes video review, and competition coaching as well.

Built for Youth athletes training to compete locally or Nationally.

Compete

A training program built for athletes progressing through competing in the sport. This is great for those athletes who primarily compete locally or at the AO Series events. This is also a great option for those training for their first competition.
